posted by a parent/guardian, 2008-10-01 I have never seen a school so much out of control.It seems to lack supervision of the children.I also have a few children who go there and they don't seem to be learning what they should be. I believe the school does'nt spend the grants they get in the right places. These children need a good education and i don't think baldwin can provide that, before these children go into middle school and struggle because elementry school was'nt really educational.I do understand alot about short handed and budget problems but an education should'nt be interrupted because of lack of skills. Well i hope to see improvement hopefully very soon .If they need help why don't they ask some parents to help at the school. I'm sure if the school asked, alot of parents would love to help with the bettering of their childrens education. There are ways to solve these problems we just need to try. thank you a strongly concerned parent
