The school's management more intent on personal status which has led to a less effective learning situation. They have lost the ability to encourage learning and are more intent upon disciplining students to achieve desire results. (not teaching them)

The students see through this fairly quickly and become less involved in school activities. Spending their time away from school in other organizations or working.

When simple questions are asked by parent they become very defensive and rely to threats of harsher punishment of the student to quiet them. This then alienates the parents further harming the school. (check trend of PTA membership) Pray a voucher sytem referendum does not hit the ballot process before this is corrected. Many have simply become school bullies.
