Your children are taught, progress is not communicated to parents concerning performace until your child is failing, teachers with union tenure are not refreshed in new many procedures and are set in there old teaching ways, which may be outdated. The high school is in very poor condition, school books are out dated, and usually cannot be taken home and student theft is out of control as well as drugs problems, no lockers for your student, and the students carry books all day in back packs, school has not been remodel since trains were the only transportation in the island, as for sports facuilties, what are they?
