My daughter attends first grade I recently contacted the school for information pertaining to my daughters records and if I am listed on the emergency form. I do have legal cutodial rights and always have since Shawnna was born. Her full name i Shawnna Leigh Vasquez-McCool and I am her biological mother Michele Vasquez. A court order dated 12/02/2008 with the juvenile courts in Martinez case number #J06-02283 granted both parents joint legal custody. I would like to be a part of my childs education and meet with her teacher and the principal.
